We only stayed another year because they waited until the very last minute to raise our rent over $200/month , and we didn’t have enough time to find a new place. They make a million promises they can’t keep, everything floods, construction was a nightmare for almost the past year. No working gate , security people that are supposed to watch the gate that can’t look up from their phones to bother to see who is coming in... EVER, no guest parking, tiny parking spots.... And every person I talked to experienced similar issues.

The park and its surrounding area sit just outside of Midtown Atlanta, just minutes from the city center and all the popular attractions. Thankfully a new manager just arrived named Robin and she is great. She solved a billing issue I had quickly and painlessly- the other folks would have jerked us around for days and not been helpful. Hopefully she will turn things around in the office.
When my girlfriend's mother called an hour later, they said they would allow her to cosign the apartment so we could move in. We'll be lucky if we can even find a place this time of year. Please, please, please don't go through the headache of dealing with this place. They'll play games with you, and just when you think everything is fine, you won't have a place to live. I also just saw a news video that showed that the place flooded in 2015 as well. People's cars had to be towed away because they were completely submerged in water.
251 North has 2 shopping centers within 0.4 miles, which is about a 7-minute walk. The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property. I've tried calling this complex on multiple occasions to make a tour, and not once have they answered. I even took the chance and stopped by and called at the gate box, and still no answer. I'll just tour every other apartment complex in midtown since you clearly don't want any business. 251 North has 3 shopping centers within 0.9 miles.
The only positive was the style of the split level apartment and the general location. That they wouldn’t believe us about until we brought a dead one to the front office. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and attitude from the office staff that I have EVER experienced. Everyone else is equally as rude and incompetent. It took 6 months, 13 visits to the apartment and 6 different doors to get a working screen door.

The area around this property has good transit with many nearby transportation options. If you enjoy walking, you’ll enjoy renting in this area! There’s plenty of upscale and amenity-rich apartments that surround Central Park, granting residents access to pocket of greenery among Atlanta’s skyscrapers.
