We only stayed another year because they waited until the very last minute to raise our rent over $200/month , and we didn’t have enough time to find a new place. They make a million promises they can’t keep, everything floods, construction was a nightmare for almost the past year. No working gate , security people that are supposed to watch the gate that can’t look up from their phones to bother to see who is coming in... EVER, no guest parking, tiny parking spots.... And every person I talked to experienced similar issues.

I did not see trash on property or anywhere other than the trash dumpster. It's quiet and small and perfect for me to get to work and shopping. We had a rat problem that took the property over a week to address. Not a mouse problem, an enormous-rat problem. Nice location near to the parks and football and tennnis grounds.. Maintenance team is very good, but the office never finds anyway to help with any issue that you have. I have ask for help with different issues since I move and never they are never able to even try to help. At the moment my bathtub paint is all chipped and looks disgusting and they won't do anything to fix it. They tell me that I have to be out of the apartment for 3 days in order to do it.
